OSU Extension Policy and Procedures Handbook

This handbook is a compilation of policies and procedures for Ohio State University Extension. It contains both administrative policy statements and links to reference documents from other units within OSU Extension, the college, and The Ohio State University. All employees are encouraged to become familiar with the contents of publications relevant to their employment and responsibilities.

Facility Use Contract Form and Policy

A facility use agreement offers a legally binding contract that outlines policies and requirements for using a facility for a specific purpose and duration. This form should be used to submit facility-use contracts to the Business Office for approval.

Photo Release Forms

When using pictures and videos for social media or our extension website, be sure to use the Photo Release Forms, these allow for the person being photographed to consent to having their picture or content published.
