The Gateway Garden Jubilee is an opportunity for the public to visit the gardens and see over 800 varieties of plants. Over three acres of gardens are maintained by the Master Gardeners of Clark County and on this day the gardens are at their best.
This years event will feature demonstrations on heirloom tomatoes, attracting purple martins, perennials, All American Selection trials, and waste management.
Some highlights of this year's event will be: the Victory Garden growing produce for Second Harvest Food Pantry; vendors with garden art; the Plant "Doc" to answer questions; and blue grass music.
The food is free so come and see the gardens, attend a class or two, or just sit in the shade and enjoy the views.
The garden location is in the PrimeOhio Corportate Park . Take the State Route 41 exit from I-70 at Gateway Blvd. Springfield, OH
