2nd Annual Lake County Garden Mart

Last year was such a success we are doing it again!   The Master Gardener volunteers of Lake County would like to invite you to join us for our 2nd Annual Garden Mart.  We are sponsoring a garden related market at the Lake County Fairgrounds in Painesville off Mentor Ave (Rte 20).  The event will be held Saturday, September 10th, 8am-2pm rain or shine. For a fee of $10 per table or $15 per booth, we will provide you with a table and space where you can set up your display.  Spaces will be available indoors and outdoors.
Items for sale must be garden related. Items may be  old (clean and in good condition) or new items, handcrafted garden ornaments, books, tools and much more.  Plant vendors should have an Ohio Nursery Dealer's Certificate.  Our local 4-H members will be selling food items and beverages. Admission is free.

Vendors already on board are American Home and Energy Products with hardscaping and water features; Becks Space Savers (all kinds of things from copper pipe);  Geauga Master Gardeners with garden art; The Daylilly Society with hybrid daylillies;  Cone Farm with stepping stones and hosta; The Doll Doc with garden aprons, totes and embroidery items;  North Coast Gesnariad Club with gesnariads and other items; Wooden Flowers Be Nice with yard ornaments; Soil and Water making Rain barrels to take with you; Yorkcraft Woodworks with garden art; Noon Sharpening ready to sharpen anything that needs a new edge; Kathy McCurdy Botanical Arts; Young Living Essential Oils; To Each His Own with collectible vases; The Shady Nook with Blueberry bushes and other great things; Brentmoor and Kirtland Garden Clubs, and Lake County Master gardeners will feature dried materials, books and other gardening needs. Vendors continue to sign on.

A feature drawing will be held for the benefit of Secrest Arboretum as they continue to replace trees taken out in last years tornado.
